SALING AND SENDING CONDITIONS

► Preamble

Ordering automatically leads the buyer to know saling and sending conditions.

► Price
Prices are in euros, all tax included. 5.5% VAT included.

► Order

Orders are proceeded in order of arrival. All article that would be impossible to provide will be refunded.

Order could be reduced or canceled in terms of insufficient or deteriorated stocks, or in case of exceptionnal conditions: bad weather, hail or any other disaster...

Plants availability cannot be guaranteed due to stock dramatic variation for some plants.

► Sending

All the sending are procceded in «COLISSIMO SUIVI», by french postal service. Since april 1st 2001, "colissimo suivi" allows to get a barcode via internet which helps you to follow your parcel from our nursery to your home.

Parcel is delivered against a signature, if you are not at home, the postman will put a calling card in your mailbox which will allow you to retire your parcel at your post office.

Plants travel at your own risks.

We decline any liability for any delay, loss, damage, frost during transportation. The sending are suspended during frost. Anyway, if you encountered any problem, feel free to contact us, we stay very attentive to the problem you might encounter and we will find a solution that would satisfy you.

► Warranty
From our nursery, the plants are in perfect condition, their lives depending of care provided at arrival and other factors beyond our control, we cannnot apply guarantee return.

If a nomenclature mistake happens, plants will be replaced. By the way, do not hesitate to let us know the problem you might encounter.

► Payment
Orders will be sent after full payment.

► Competence allocation

Any dispute will be judged by the Commercial Court of Auch, exclusive jurisdiction whenever the law allows.
